Elmhurst Inn and Spa In Ingersoll…

Is such a great venue to have a wedding!  There are so many great choices for the couples to have their ceremony and receptions.  Alicia and Steve’s day had started with the threat of thundershowers looming.  But at no point did anyone have to stress.  The staff at Elmhurst was on top of it!  Chantel had a backup indoor ceremony location setup just in case!  But we didn’t need it, the rain just sprinkled for a few minutes and then we were clear to enjoy the most beautiful outdoor ceremony!

Their day began with the girls getting ready in the most stunning room the Elmhurst has to offer.  It is just exquisite.  A ton of room for all the girls to get ready for the big day!  There was champagne and smiles everywhere.   The energy in the room was amazing.

 

Alicia had picked out the most stunning dress.  She had taken some extra time to ensure no bead, or string was out of place.  Absolutely perfect!

And not to be over looked is Steve and the guys.  They were rocking their tuxes!  A handsome group of Groomsmen for sure.  The Grey and accented burnt orange of Steve’s tux really brought out his inner movie star.  The man had some serious swagger going on all day!

My favourite ceremony site at the Elmhurst Inn has to be the valley.  There is a beautiful iron gazebo just on the edge of the pond.  The valley is lined with gorgeous scenery and offers stunning views for all the guests attending.  The highlight of the ceremony had to have been little Austin.  Kids are so cute at weddings.  They don’t get what all the fuss is about and so they just go about their business.  Exploring, and running around.

Then it was time for the wedding party!  Once again Elmhurst Inn has so many great features to include as part of the couples day.  We crashed through some tall grass, made our way to the front lawn.  By this time of the day it was hot, like really hot.  So they had a glass ( or two ) of refreshing champagne and we had an incredible time!  The girls looked so beautiful and the guys were classically handsome.  It was a beautiful bridal party!

Whew!  What a day up until this point.  The first half of the day is always a little bit of a rush.  But then we get to my favourite part of the day.  The bride and groom formals.  Oh man.  I was so looking forward to this point in the day.  Mostly because I knew Alicia and Steve were going to rock it!  They are both super good looking, but more than that, they have such a great connection.  It’s so easy to work with couples like this.  They almost forget that I’m there and just let the moments happen.  They are so in Love and it shows!

And lets not forget about the sunset session!

Now that all the formal photos are done for the day everyone can let loose and party!  The bride and groom being keggers I knew that this would be a great party!  I was not disappointed!
