A Windsor casino wedding story

What a fantastic place to have a wedding!  You have the lights, the glam and all the fun that you would in Vegas. Only you’re just a few short hours drive from London Ontario.  When Lindsay and Justin asked me to photograph their wedding in Windsor I was pumped!   I jumped at the oppurtunity to photograph in a new city, and I was not disappointed!   The penthouse reception hall offers a 180 view of the skyline just across the river.

This group of friends and family is full of energy and fun, so I just knew this was going to be an amazing wedding!  This is actually my second time photographing a wedding in this family!

There were some tears, ( and not just from the groom ) and lots and lots of laughs.  The energy of this group was incredible.  This  was my last wedding of the year so I knew we were going to end it on a high note!  There was a full bridal party game of volleyball in the penthouse of the Casino.  There was a little bit of trespassing to get us into the Canadian Club grounds right next door to the Wiser’s distillery.  Ever see a bridal party hop a five foot fence before!!??

Then it was back to the Casino for the real party!  There was a choreographed dance number from the bride and groom that blew everyone’s socks off.  This was a wedding for the books, and I am so thankful for the chance to have been part of such an epic night!

What an incredible view!  Just across the river is Detroits skyline.

 

When you have a shared love of a few beverages with your friends and family.  You get married at the Wiser’s Distillery in Windsor Ontario.
